Election information

The candidates are announced. The direction of CAPE matters.

CAPE has released the names of candidates for the 2027–2029 National Executive Committee. This election is an opportunity to decide how our union uses members’ time, money and resources. My position is clear: CAPE’s national work should focus only on workplace issues that directly affect members: working conditions, labour relations and collective bargaining. Members United is presenting a team of candidates. I encourage members to examine each candidate’s record, commitments and slate affiliations. If you share my workplace-only approach, I urge you to support candidates outside Members United who explicitly commit to that focus. Read the candidate information, ask questions and make your vote reflect the direction you want for CAPE.
